Elegant Style Hub does not stock products and does not ship anything itself. Every dress shown on this site is sold and shipped by Temu and its sellers. When you click “Shop Now” and place an order, that order is packed, shipped, and delivered under Temu’s shipping arrangements, not ours.

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and any shipping costs are shown on Temu at checkout, before you pay. They vary depending on the item, the seller, and your delivery country, so the details on Temu’s checkout page are always the accurate ones for your order. Our store mainly serves shoppers in the United States and Europe, and Temu shows the available options for your address during checkout.
Tracking your order
Once you have ordered, tracking information is available in your Temu account, on your order page. Because orders are placed entirely on Temu, we cannot look up tracking or delivery status for you — but Temu support can, if anything seems delayed.
